Objectives

This document explains how to deny or allow a particular user to log into the configuration utility.

Applicable Devices

• RV220W
• RV120W

User Log in Policies.

Step 1. Use the wireless security firewall utility to  choose Administration > Management Interface > Users .

Step 2. Select a user and click Log in Policies.

• User Name — Displays the name of the user whose log in policies are being modified.

Step 3. Check the box in the Disable Log in field to prevent the user from logging onto the configuration utility.

Step 4. Check the box in the Deny Log in from WAN interface field to prevent the user from logging onto the configuration utility from a WAN interface and can log in only from a LAN interface.

Step 5. Click Save to apply changes.

Step 6. Click Cancel or Back to restore the previous settings.
