License management option missing from the Help menu
If you want to renew the license of an installed Avira product, but in the Help menu you see the option Load license file instead of License management, proceed as follows:
- Go to www.avira.com and download the newest product version (check the product name carefully)
- Uninstall your current Avira product from Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and Features in Vista)
- Restart the computer
- Run the program file you downloaded
- Enter the Activation Code during the installation
The installation and license renewal are completed.
